frequently asked questions
We're here to help. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email and we'll be delighted to create the perfect botanical solution for you.
Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?
The final arrangement may vary depending on the seasonality, availability and freshness of the flowers. Whenever substitutions are needed, we guarantee the same level of elegance, quality and style.
Can I customise the arrangement or include a special message?
Yes, we love helping to create something unique. You can request a custom arrangement or add a personal note or card to your order. Simply mention it when ordering, or contact us by email (ola@sabiaestudio.com) or phone/WhatsApp (+351 910 181 658).
Can I place my order by phone instead of online?
Yes. If you prefer more personal assistance, you can call us during our regular business hours: +351 910 181 658. We’ll take your order and handle everything with the same care and discretion.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
What if the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery?
We’ll get in touch to arrange another time or place (a concierge, neighbour, etc.), following the instructions you’ve given us. We do everything we can to ensure the flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, if a second delivery attempt is needed, an additional delivery fee may apply.
