Deliveries<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We deliver within Porto and selected surrounding areas. Conditions may vary depending on:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>postal code;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>delivery times;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>special dates (Valentine\u2019s Day, Mother\u2019s Day, etc.).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The user is responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the selected location and time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond the company\u2019s control, rescheduling may be required and additional charges may apply.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-7-cancellations-amp-returns\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
